felt really good early on and was able to average an 8:10 pace for first 17 miles. Then I got a side ache and prayed and struggled through it but just couldnt push the pace after that...my last 9 miles I averaged a 9:12 pace (last full 6 miles was 9:24 pace) was a Still very thrilled with my time as its a 7 minute PR at the marathon distance.
