plan was to run as fast or faster than last weeks 10 mile tempo run. I really hoped to at least be able to run sub 8:00 pace and for each of miles 2-10 to be sub 8:00
I wasn't able to get to the pace I wanted to (7:30-7:45). The wind was a factor but I think a bigger factor was compound fatigue from the past 10 days (over 1/2 my miles last week were sub 8:00).
I decided that I shouldn't be running so many sub 8:00 miles (23 last week out of 42 total miles). Maybe max out at 15 per week.
