goal was to pace better then I did in the marathon....I was trying to beat 9 minute pace by...
:30 in first 5 miles actually was 36 seconds
1:30 in 2nd 5 miles actually was 100 seconds
2:00 in 3rd 5 miles actually was 124 seconds
and was hoping for an 8:00 last mile but was 8:14.
legs were sore, but just ran marathon last Sunday.
