the footpod was working for the first mile at 6.0
the 2nd mile I increased to 6.3 and it didnt work but then seemed to work on the 3rd mile which was the same speed
the 4th mile I increased to 6.6 and it didnt work but seemed to on the 5th mile.
I think I kept it at 6.6 the rest of the run until the last .3 miles and then increased to 7.0.
I seem to remember that when it seems to be working correctly, I run .92-.94 miles on the treadmill to equal 1 mile on the GPS watch....so I figured .6 miles less for each mile and I should run 9.4 on the treadmill (.6 less than 10) to equal 10 miles.
the time on the GPS watch was 1:26:48 and 9.21 miles but I changed it here to be 10 miles
