plan was to run miles 2-10 at a faster pace...i had hoped for under 8:30 but really doubted that I'd be able to since my legs have been sore.
I was surprised to be able to run 5 miles at sub 8 but I was super tired and couldnt keep going. Then the plan was to run the next 4 at sub 8:30 and I was able to do it, but it was tough...
Legs are definitely sore still from RBR...
