plan was to run 1 easy mile and then 3 faster miles close to 8:00 pace. Was really hoping these 3 miles would be sub 8:00 pace. Then do it a total of 5 times and see if I could hang on for the last 2 miles.
ended up with a stomach cramp at mile 20 so last 2 miles were slower. Was hoping to be able to end at 8:00 or less pace but was just :20 seconds over.
