(18) :45 second fast intervals with a slow :60 second recovery. my goal was to go under 7:30 pace (.10 miles) for each :45 interval, but once I started I tried to get under 7:00 (6:49 would be .11 miles)
was able to do (4) at .1 miles and (14) at .11 miles
