plan was to keep all miles just at or above 9:00 pace. decided during my run to try and push last 2 miles to RBR pace (7:30-7:45), but when started them i was struggling to get to 8:00 pace. 21 mile run a few days ago and lots of wind probably were a factor, but after the 11th mile, the 12th mile i was able to get the pace down a bit farther.
