super easy pace...felt like I was walking. My easy pace yesterday certainly made me feel like 9:00 pace was super easy.
Plus I played basketball last night and took a shot to my right leg (outside of knee)...could hardly walk on it last night but took some tylenol and iced it last night and started to feel better. wasnt too bad during run today.
