goal was to start slow and work my speed up so that I could average a 9:00 mile. Nothing too fast this week as I'm hoping to run a marathon on the treadmill next Friday.

It was definitely not an easy pace and I was ready to be done but I wasn't pushing too hard (except for the last mile where I was pushing much harder)
