was raining outside so ran on treadmill
was really hoping to be able to run close to 8:00 pace but wasn't sure if I'd have the legs for it with so many fast miles the past 2 weeks including 2 sub 2:03 25k's.
Shins were hurting early on so slowed it down after 4 miles. Was able to pick speed back up again but didn't really feel like I had the legs to go much faster...at least not comfortably.
Still not a bad pace for being on the treadmill....I'm guessing the same effort outside would have been 8:00-8:15
