plan was to run steady and then pick up at the end. decided during the run to run faster on last 2 miles and the plan was to run under 8:00. I think I was tired from yesterdays run as 8:00 wasn't easy...mile 9 I didn't even make it and mile 10 I did sprints every 1/4 mile to keep engaging glutes and get the pace down.
