Ran according to the track laps rather than GPS. Recovery was done the opposite way around the track and in the middle/outer lanes.
The mile was too fast for where I'm truly at (probably :20-:25 per mile fast), so everything kind of had to follow suit... the HMP I ran is actually 2013 PR pace, I was aiming for 8:00-8:05 pace when looking at my Garmin.
My 10k pace was faster than my 2013 8k PR pace by a couple seconds.
My 5k pace is actually probably spot on with what I could run a 5k at today, maybe :05 per mile faster.
Overall felt good, but definitely felt like the paces I actually ran would have been hard to hold if the workout was a little longer.
