So warm outside for December! 51 Degrees!
Everything felt great.
Paid attention to my arms the best I could
Felt my knees touching -- when I concentrated on keeping my core tight and thinking "glutes, glutes, glutes!" it seemed to get better... sometimes I felt like I was running like an idiot, but I've change a lot of my form during the run -- it kept pain away -- maybe the weird feeling is what it's like to run with good form and I'm used to running with terrible form?
