Somewhere around mile 9 right knee felt a twinge, but not pain. Kept running - felt good on the loop. Took water/chew every 4 miles at the car... everything felt smooth and easy, kept creeping up to 8:55-9:05 and had to remind myself to slow it down. Around mile 11 I started to notice the twinge was kind of painful but was still in the zone so I didn't notice it, then it took me out of the zone and I realized it was actually pretty painful. Boo.
