I wanted nothing to do with this run and spent all morning whining/laying on the couch trying to sleep for no reason other than boredom. Finally got out and didn't feel fabulous, just lethargic. I had no pains anywhere, though! I tried to focus on all aspects of my form - but once I attempt to fix one thing (lean) something else drops out (knee drive). UGH.
My left hip got really tired and tight at about mile 6 and my legs getting tired definitely affected knee drive; my sneakers grazed the cement a few times on the swing through phase.
Overall, very pleased, though. For being lazy and feeling lethargic, my paces did not show it. I did not really feel tired/breathy and could have easily held up a conversation for most of it.
