Notes

Did a quick two mile run to get 35 miles in this week. Plan to run a shortish run tomorrow, maybe 10 miler, but no hard miles Monday. Thursday will do a 5 X 1K workout, going by feel to see how fast to do them. Left foot is bothering me quite a bit - PF. Bummer.
