On this long run came up with this plan for rest of summer/fall/winter: continue to run everyday until 8/31. That will get me to a 500 day streak. Take September off to heal/rest left foot PF issues.October to March build up to 200 mile months. See how it goes.

Second time in a week or so received error when downloading GPS data. May have to do hard reset. bummer - will have to reset display....
