Treadmill

Notes

Treadmill is having problems. The belt was loose so I tried to tighten it. Didn't work that well. Wasn't too bad, but wasn't great. The speed seems to be slow. I set it at 10:00 pace to start. Running but seemed to slow. Bumped it up to 9:00 pace. New sneakers
