w/ 2min jogging rest (2:30 on the the last 2) This one hurt a lot but I am proud of what I did especially given this is barely 2 days after that crazy 16 mile workout on the weekend. Ohhhh my least favorite workout definitely. But I kept thinking "remember all those times you thought it was too hard and wanted to stop!? WELL DON'T STOP!" I had a funny face the whole time.
