Notes
My first leg. I was worried about my IT band and the first part was all down hill so I kept it pretty slow for the first mile. Then I picked it up to comfortably hard. I didn't really know how much to push since this was the first leg. I had a net 500 ft elevation loss, but there was still an up hill. I got passed by a guy in a white tank top but I caught him real quick on the hill. I finished out feeling fine.
