5 mile @ PE 5 5 mil @ PE 6 5 mi @ E 5 4.5 mi @ PE 6 .5 mi cool down. PE 5 is basically easy and 6 is "little harder than easy but definitely not marathon pace" just something to break up the run. I had a serious hill to run up (into the wind!!) at miles 4.5 and 14. other parts were mostly rolling. I was tired by the end but not too tired. These don't feel as long as they used to.
