alternating pace each lap of my favorite interval loop. was pretty humid and I felt pretty dead at the end there so I stopped in the middle of hte last lap when I hit 20 mins total. I was probably on pace to make it faster than average though. haha. as usual the RA paces are way off the garmin paces. garmin says 6:23 pace fo rthe up and 6:45 for the down. sigh.
