What a thoroughly mediocre workout. I almost bonked during the middle hour. I stopped by my house and ate a gel and a cookie and drank a lot of water. Definitely a longer break than usual but I really needed it today. I could feel it in the second interval, but I just kept thinking "THIS IS REALLY GOOD MARATHON TRAINING" The interval paces were 6:20 and 6:22. It drives me crazy when RA adds to my paces for intervals.
