Was supposed to be 1 min jogging rest (~.1 mi covered in that time), but I cheated a little bit so it was more like 15 seconds of walking then 1 min jogging rest. The whole workout felt very good and under control. I did tempo effort on the first loop and then went hard but not too hard on the last .45 mile. Had to do some garbage truck dodging. My knee felt funky on #2 but it was fine for the rest of the workout. On the way home downhills hurt it though, so I power walked the last down hill and probably didn't go much slower than I would have run it lol. I was definitely worried about my IT band when I came in, but rolling and stretching set it right in no time. I will probably do two short easy runs tomorrow though, to avoid irritating it at all. I am so happy with this workout. My fitness isn't 100% but it is coming back so quickly :)
