It was so cold my sweat froze in my hair. The 'tempo' sections were difficult but the MP sections were pretty easy. They just required being focused. The last tempo section was like buhhhh. I was trying incredibly hard but my legs would just not move. It's possible these workouts are harder in the cold. I didn't eat or drink anything either, which I really should do sometime during the second MP interval. I am really glad my next workout is 3 days away.
