3x (4x400) 2 min max rest between 400s. 3 mins-ish between sets. And we actually stuck to that. 1st 2 @ PE of 8 and last 2 @ PE of 9. Somehow I felt better this week then during my taper. 81 felt surprisingly easy to hit. I was right on 40 seconds for the first 200 of each of my PE 8 intervals. My legs were like jelly at the end but I still managed to do one of my fastest 400s.
