3x5 min w/ 1 min rest 3x800 w/ 2 min rest 3x400 w/ 3 min rest The first section I just timed and didn't really watch my splits. First part was like 6:10-6:15 for the intervals and 8-9 pace for the rests = slow pace average. The first part made my legs feel sufficiently heavy to make the 800s difficult, but all of the sudden there were like 5 girls on the track giving me plenty of people to chase after. For some reason switching gears for the 400s was easier this week. This is my last big track workout before the marathon! My coach seems to be feeling pretty confident I can break 3 given the weather is alright. :)
