Actual: 2 mi w/u 4 mi moderate (29:10 for 4.01) 4 mi @ "screw you guys, I do what I want" pace (26:55 for 3.99) 2+ mi c/d (w/ strides)

I don't even know what I was thinking for the last 4 miles. I have just been looking forward to this workout for too long. Although, I did accomplish 2 things: progressed pretty much the whole time and practice running relaxed when I didn't feel like it. The fatigue I felt at the end of this run was much closer to HM/Marathon fatigue than I have felt on any other progression/tempo run. I was so thirsty at the end. So so thirsty. I lost like 2lb of water. It was a bit hot out I think. I am surprised at how much this took out of me. Good news was: no pain in lingering injury spots and this was a long-ish run :).
