Humidity made it a little difficult. 4x run around res 1st 2 laps @ 7.5 3rd @8 4th @9 splits were 10:29, 10:35, 10:22, 10:23. I did work hard to keep it up, but for the first time HM pace felt like HM pace. I also had a 6 mi warm up so that probably didn't help. My coach seemed pretty happy with it. She thinks I can definitely go sub 40 for the 10k now.
