Mile test followed by some intervals. The 1k I did 2:14 for the first 600 (7.5) and then 81 for the last 400 (8.5) the 400s were very hard and the 600 was comfortably hard. Wish we could have done a little more at that pace, but this is a fine workout for this time of year. Also I PR'd in the mile by 4 seconds so that's cool.
