With like 2-3 min rest? I didn't keep track. I know this seems badly paced, but this is actually how it was supposed to be. First was PE 9 then 8 for the next 2 then 7.5 for the last. Coach actually told me to run 3-3:05, but the 2:57 felt very comfortable. There were some sprints after. I feel glad to have matched the mile I ran indoors in the winter during marathon training and in worse conditions. No pain at all in the IT band :)
