3.2 mi warm up. I felt pretty flat going in, but since I was starting off at low effort I thought it would be ok. 4.67 mi (3 laps) 1 plus, 1 comfortably hard, and 1 hard = 6:34 pace, 6:31 pace, 6:22 pace (6:29 pace overall). After I had a long rest and then ran 1x800 in 2:53. I had to chase down a teammate so that was kind of fun. She is really fast, but had run a lot before the interval. I was pretty happy with how it turned out. It was a little windy though, which was good mental training. I ran ~6.1 miles home pretty slowly. I didn't want to aggravate my IT band. Pretty good day :) Very nice weather
