The girl at the desk threatened to call security if I came back later than an hour and 10 minutes so I kind of booked it until the end when I realized I was running pretty fast. Running in fresh snow isn't so bad. The trail shoes were definitely a good idea. The worst was the ice pellets attacking my eyes the whole time and the slush all over the sidewalks that made them like giant mud puddles. If it all freezes it's going to suck.
