Surprisingly cool day with a little bit of wind on the starting stretch. Still pretty humid though. Rests were anywhere from like 40 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on how much Cathy talked to us. :P Did sit ups and push ups between reps. First 4 comfortably hard, last 2 400s hard. Had a random dude push me on the second 1200 which was helpful. Happy to have run most of these at sub-6 1600m pace, considering I felt nauseous and this was my 10th straight day of running. I'm back :D Also did planks at home!
