Notes
It's tough to get up and just immediately run in the morning. I was feeling looser than usual though, but getting warmed up still took a good 10 minutes. The run was, in fact, all up hill and into a stiff breeze and I had to poop the whole time, but at least it was cool outside. I feel good now though, so there's that. Maybe I will try to do this twice a week so I get acclimated to it.
