T: 70 DP: 63. Very humid and pretty windy at points. I felt very weird warming up, and had a pretty bad ocular migraine going on, that eventually went away about 20 mins in. I kind of light headed and then got very hungry, so I just took a little gel right at 2.5 miles in. I realized I was running like 8:00 pace right off the bat, and it didn't feel fast at all. I think the weird feelings were just the weather. After I had some gel I felt MUCH better and completed the workout just fine.The weather was really dumb though.
