Treadmill

Notes

Workout on the hotel treadmill. I increased the speed by .2-.3 every 6 minutes. ended running 6:35 pace. Knee wasn't bad while I was running, but I stopped and I could barely bend it! I was like wtf? Did my best to roll it out on the medicine balls.
