Going nuts! I did 1 min @6:19 pace 3 min rest 1 min @6:15 pace then 5 min rest 30 secs @5:57, 1 min @6:15, 30 sec @6:11. I wanted to keep running at that pace, so I think that's a good sign. Ready for this 10k. o.ob
