This felt great. I only felt tired very briefly around mile 3. As long as I stayed focused it was easy to make the splits. From the 4th mile on it felt like a nice jog. I just focused on the next lap and calculating the split I was supposed to make and it really flew by. My coach told me I could stop at mile 5 but I was like "No! I feel great!" Man, I love the track.
