Notes

A nice day for a workout. I always go a little too hard on the first interval reps in these workouts because I feel like I should be running a lot harder than the tempo portion. A very understandable extra rest after the 6th interval due to an emergency of the "omg I might poop my pants" variety. Luckily after 20 seconds or so I realized it might resolve and just kept on with the workout.
