6x(400m 30 sec rest 200m) w/ 1-2 min rest between, and I really mean mostly just 1 min rest. This was very tough. the intensity was very high and the breaks were very short and I am still coming down from very high mileage. I have some more intense stuff coming this weekend too. Bleh.
