Notes

started with a 1.5 mile tempo in 7:55, then did three hills pushing the uphill after a 1/4 mile jog. after the three hills, we did another 1.5 miles tempo this time in about 8:00. after about another 1/4 mile jog we did the remaining 7 hills, pushing all the uphills. a 2 mile warmup and probably about a mile jog back cool down gave me and doyle 12. brian had to stop because of his stomach. felt fine, didnt push the tempos too hard, went pretty hard up the hills for a more explosive strength workout. big mileage day, but getting wisdom teeth out wednesday, so well have plenty of time to recover.
