Notes

on the east side with the doyle-namic duo. 1x1.5 tempo at 7:55(5:15 pace) then 10xhills (east side hill loop) tempo up recovery down. felt great, very minimal effort and had a great workout, kept hills same effort as the easy tempo. drills, stretch, strides, AND core afterwards. think i found my training group for the rest of the summer
