P90X Day 3

Home from 3 privates at 10 and popped in the 2nd DVD which I hadn't used yet that Hef burned...thing didn't work. Was tired and was almost ready to jack it in but really didn't want to as I want to complete the 90 days and keep it going. After searching and searching I found most of the workouts I don't have on DVD 1 and could start the Shoulders and Arms workout at 11:35pm. Pretty proud of the fact I did it, bed was calling my name.

It is broken down into 5 sets of 3 exercises. One shoulders, one biceps and one triceps. It was really good and worked different parts of each of the three with every new exercise. You do each exercise for whatever reps you want. I did 12 of each using 8kg dumbells for the shoulders, 5kg plates for the triceps and 10kg dumbells for the biceps. Not too much weight but after an hour of continous working on the arms it was more than enough.
