P90X - Day 8

Another late start but felt better than last week. On week 2, or the first 4 week set. The first 3 weeks are all the same and then there is one 'recovery' week before going onto the second stage.

First 45 minutes went well then I started to really get tired. Pushed through but probably didn't get much out of the last couple exercises.
