P90X - Day 7
End of the first week. I was bagged, needed that rest day probably. Nice day off since we worked Saturday though. Some thoughts:
- Good workouts but need to get more sleep to stay on this pace.
- Need to stretch more.
- Need to focus a bit more on eating properly. I am eating pretty healthy but think I need to get some more cal into me to maintain the energy level I need to get the most out of this.
- Try not to miss a workout in the week as this day really needs to be for a stretch (Stretch X on the DVD or a rest day)
Kenpo X is much like a kickboxing class working on keeping your core muscles tight and exploding through the movements. Was really fun but def need to work on my flexibilty and perfecting the moves.
The moves just get mashed together on the DVD working around the body in a rotation. (Lower, core, upper, legs, arms, lower, core etc etc)
