P90X Day 2
Solid cardio. Went in 10 minute blocks: Yoga-Kenpo-Plyo-Core
Sweating buckets by the end. Earlier start tonight but not early enough. All builds up so that by the end of the workout the hard stuff doesn't seem too too hard as everything has been getting harder along the way, not big jumps. If that makes any sense.
