P90X - Day 6
Great Mother's Day out with a good dinner and cake etc. Almost gave this a miss. Lotsa of lunges and ply type stuff. Was overall pretty fun.
Back exercises were done 2 times and leg exercises were done once. I did 12 reps of each.
