ran the Whitaker Bank 5K for Cancer - in Lancaster, KY
I did not feel like I was running well at all and I did not have a watch to look at my mile markers. The course was not marked very well, but if you were running with the top pack there was no problem. I few people did end up taking a wrong turn and there was no one at each mile marker to keep time. I felt like I was running about an 18:00 pace, but i came across the finish line at a 17:08 which is a PR for this year. I did finish third behind one guy from Center College and the winner who finished with a 16:35 and we was from Wester college i think. The course had some rolling hills , but in general the field what kind of competitive because two guys finished 0-15 second behind me.
